Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Please don't join if you are a experienced person. Nothing at all. Manage and treat your employees well.

Dislikes

1. There is no work life balance. 2. There is no learning. 3. They followed shittist design patterns. 4. Only doing POC works. 5. Egoistic founders who doesn't know how to manage and treat people there. 6. If you are fresher i am not sure. But if you are having some experience please don't join this company even if you don't have a offer.
