Nothing I have liked expect the collouge working together

Dislikes

No salary on time it's always delayed I have not received my 2 months salary and Pf deduction was happening not reflecting in passbook . No proper timings of work sometimes long lasts for more than 10 hours

Pathetic owner and pathetic company to work with .They don't have money to pay you.. guys don't join here. owner is bankrupt and unprofessional. I wish this shuts down soon.

... they stop paying sal and put u under a situation saying you didn't do anything. I wish the owner suffers the pain we have gone through because he didn't pay the salary for 3 or 4 months. kept promising but finally never got it. Man you have no spine.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
