The managers and the worst HR department. I really don't know how a person could be heartless. that too the HR manager Janani is very good in acting before her higher officials. The whole time I wasn't able to communicate to her for any issues, such a attitude lady, even my friend who was interviewed by her was like Eww and shouted me for referring cognet. She comes late and goes late that's fine but her assistants those 3 girls everyday comes at 10am and goes nearly 9.30pm she makes those girls to wait acting like they didn't complete there work so time extended. Her shouting sound is clearly heard to the end of our Bay. I don't understand why nobody is bringing this problem out and why Saleem and Sam are not noticing this. No one will stay here if you keep such attitude person like janani in your company. I even the recent girl who joined the HR team also abscond and that manager made up the lies to cover up. Overall the company is very good but the Managers are poor and mainly the HR manager. No use of joining here 🥴

After Anjali came into management co work culture is very worst. If co goes to down fall Anjali is the only reason she threatens employees and ask them to resign even without prior notice. She said what ever my decision is CogNet decision. She rudely behave to employees who raise geniune dispute. She is ruling cognet

Saturday Sunday week off. some managers are very friendly like Arun,Sabharie. The Assistant Hr her name is Anjali she was very kind and soft. And the cab facility is too good.

There's nothing good in that company especially the people's. HR janani was so attitude very bad. I think the seniors should take action about that. She's not even coming to the office properly but she's over scene. I eared that she won't work she just come and says everything to his assistant and she'll get credit such a bad behaviour. Even if I say any complaints about the cab or something she won't react and she won't take any step for that. She's always speaks about someone to there back. For the company Hr is the most important thing but for yours hr is the waste. And she always use Sam name for everything. Please the management have to take step on her. Otherwise there will be no standard employees can work in your company.
