Everything there is no increment no festival celebration they have only 7 holiday that also they didn't give employee have to work on holiday also and there is huge issue in there attendance

...aff everyone is nice there and got a lot experience and learnt many things here. Also, they are crediting the salary on time and correct salary, no issues in Salary. So, in overall it's a nice company.

In this company they are not increasing the salary, so this a bad thing about this company.

Cogent is not a employee centric company, in views of salary and appraisals it is very dishonest company, it doesn't gives any kind of appraisal to level 1 or CSA. It has no values of honesty & skills

A handful employees in top management behaves like terrorist, they just want you to work for cogent I'm free of cost. If you missed your punch your attendance will be marked as halfday. They have a fake company which is called Redstone consulting and aurum e serve llp. They steals taxes.

There is ugly system if you catch in those system then your salary will be deducted and if talk about to tk or manager then they will not take any responsibility while you have done your job. Like my shift was 9:30 pm to 6:30 am. No one has informed me shift was changed 10:00pm to 7:00am but in his system not showing 9 hours hence they marked half days while I worked my job and when I talked to tl they said that it can not be correct this is your mistake your amount will be deducted. So i left that job because it was done with me many time.
