This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

There is nothing which one can like about the company.

Dislikes

1. Salary is dependent on second hand of the clock. 2.work environment is so unhealthy and behaviour of a senior executives are so rude to associates. 3 . There are not 6 days working there are 7 days working because weak off is nothing for associates. 4.Cogent E service is not a company, it's a people zoo park where people always run away from here to there , because if one second of time exceed your full day salary becomes half day. 5.work environment is in worst mode that no one can even imagine. 6 There is no time to take breath of one second. 7. There are many unexpected things which are happened 8. My suggestion will remain same for future also that don't choose this kind of company to work.

...ortunitys to freshers and experienced both and work place is good and they give promotion to high post but salary is not increasing same salary will be continued that's the big issue in this company but work area and co-workers are good.
