There is nothing to like about working here other than the few people in our team that are supporting towards us.

Dislikes

- They do not give work from home in case of any emergency or accident even for a day - No formal salary slip format is followed thy just provide a salary certificate which is not valid for any government procedures - No Appraisal letter is given it is all just a verbal process and even not defined when the appraisal will come - No annual bonus / festival celebration/party anything -Management staff is very rude

...aff everyone is nice there and got a lot experience and learnt many things here. Also, they are crediting the salary on time and correct salary, no issues in Salary. So, in overall it's a nice company.

In this company they are not increasing the salary, so this a bad thing about this company.

There is ugly system if you catch in those system then your salary will be deducted and if talk about to tk or manager then they will not take any responsibility while you have done your job. Like my shift was 9:30 pm to 6:30 am. No one has informed me shift was changed 10:00pm to 7:00am but in his system not showing 9 hours hence they marked half days while I worked my job and when I talked to tl they said that it can not be correct this is your mistake your amount will be deducted. So i left that job because it was done with me many time.

I like the way they provide IJP for internally promotions.

...be a general manager, he should think from a leader perspective not like a boss. Sometimes he reacts like he is only providing the salary to the advisor.

Getting into Cogent is much easier compared to another companies.

...le working environment and special mention to the biometric & Cogent login page. They will deduct salary for sure in every month.
