...e company. HR involvement in the happening is least. Attandance policy is worst. It's hard to get your full salary because everyone month the salary will be deducted due to the worst application. No, mannual attandance correction.

The software EMS is worst. It causes salary deduction every month due to some glitches or it might be a conspiracy of the company. You won't get even a single paid leave in the beginning of the 3 months. No professionalism. No, training after the first training.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.

Working with cogent for past 8 months and prior to rhis arrangement worked with them for 4 months still they did not provide benefits they promised 3 years ago. They started PF facility past month.

...ion for the leave and afterwards they do not marked as leave or consider as one. It will be deducted fro your salary. Not hygienic we get one toilet paper roll per day (Not per employee) and when asked to housekeeping staff the reason they say as per management they are working.
