Comapany is good. Providing all eminities to their employs and help them in their work. But the upper management is really bad i reaally got shocked to see that even a person did not know about the work process became TL as well as AM. No rules and regulations they always pressures alot with giving mental tension. HR and their policies are worst they always exploits employees for their salaries and for any type of bonus or night allowance. Transport that I have seen is one of the worst transport drivers are uneducated and very much cruel type always do what they want to do. That always waste your 2 to 3 hours after office going to home but if their is office hours they can't stand for 2 min at it stand. If they were late then it's ok if I r waiting then it's ok but they can't wait for you. People's from NIIT technologies they never talked about any updates in software related to their work process they only talked about their error ( oh you get external error ) managers are also worst they did not treat you as their employees they never help you in any regards and if you got any error they started scolding you infront of all employees. One of the worst place I have ever worked.

Work life balance is good and can get good compensation and environment if you have good relations with senior folks.

Dislikes

Poor quality data science projects and not much skill development opportunities. They won't put much budget on development of innovative ideas and PoCs. Good for senior level management positions but really poor for entry level positions.

...d if not able to find a project. Movement to bench is a ruse to fire a resource. Salary hike is equally pathetic.

Don't join if you have not done client round with coforge, or else they will spoil your career , and when you are in bench(Resource Pool) no one will care, you have to initiate with higher management for project opportunities but its hard to get reply from them. They don't have much client apart from sabre. Keep this offer has a last option , No proper pantry in Bhartiya city location.

Only time company provided ipad to their employees for reaching 1 billion milestone. But took that money from employees appraisal next month.

Poor shift allowances to the night shift employees and no hike from last 2-3 years.
