But the upper management is really bad i reaally got shocked to see that even a person did not know about the work process became TL as well as AM. No rules and regulations they always pressures alot with giving mental tension. HR and their policies are worst they always exploits employees for their salaries and for any type of bonus or night allowance. Transport that I have seen is one of the worst transport drivers are uneducated and very much cruel type always do what they want to do. That always waste your 2 to 3 hours after office going to home but if their is office hours they can't stand for 2 min at it stand. If they were late then it's ok if I r waiting then it's ok but they can't wait for you. People's from NIIT technologies they never talked about any updates in software related to their work process they only talked about their error ( oh you get external error ) managers are also worst they did not treat you as their employees they never help you in any regards and if you got any error they started scolding you infront of all employees. One of the worst place I have ever worked.

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Ready to take skilled employees for any cost, so you get in with a very good pay. Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.

Dislikes

As in every service based IT, variable pay and appraisal hike, can’t expect it to make a difference in your income. If you’re not speaking Hindi, chances are there it will be notified to you.
