... is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.

There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue. Job security is also not that much as you will be asked to resign if you are on bench for long time. Overall I don't recommend this company keep it as your last option.

The only good thing (which turns out to be bad later) is they did the whole interview, offer release and onboarding process really fast

Absolutely nothing. The only 'good' thing about Coforge is that they probably will give you a good package while joining, but that is because either nobody joins their company or whoever joins, plans on leaving it soon enough.

Dislikes

Poor management skills, especially in SEI project. Beware! If they mention SEI as your project, don't join the company. Absolutely no respect for Bangalore employees. All the events happen in Noida/Gurgaon. You have to beg for team lunches or team dinners, for a measly 500 Rs reimbursement. Forget about team outings. Extremely poor organisation, it won't stay for long.

Few new people on higher management are trying to change the company culture but it's the old one's which do the politics most, degrading the overall culture as they are sitting and eating just other people's credit. No transparency from higher management in most of the things.
