Very less salary increment even if you get promotion like 10% - 11%. It's like even if you don't get any promotion the salary will be increment in same percentage 10%~11% at the end of finanacial year.

Less fringe benefits and perks. No meal coupons that can be non taxable Salary structure must be more simplified. Lesser growth opportunities within the team.

The only good thing (which turns out to be bad later) is they did the whole interview, offer release and onboarding process really fast

...ompletely wasted. And this has always been their pattern. Worst company to join. Better go for something with less package than joining here.

Micro management Expect to work 12-14 hrs a day from management No appreciation from management Management function like a government system, very slow and no co ordination between the team

Absolutely nothing. The only 'good' thing about Coforge is that they probably will give you a good package while joining, but that is because either nobody joins their company or whoever joins, plans on leaving it soon enough.

Dislikes

Poor management skills, especially in SEI project. Beware! If they mention SEI as your project, don't join the company. Absolutely no respect for Bangalore employees. All the events happen in Noida/Gurgaon. You have to beg for team lunches or team dinners, for a measly 500 Rs reimbursement. Forget about team outings. Extremely poor organisation, it won't stay for long.
