Note: all this issues was faced by each and every employee left from this company especially from OPI department And the above mentioned statement bribe has happened in this department. ...gement is transparent .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They have good salary hike and bonus every year

Well there is not much work pressure and you can get 2 days off Saturday and Sunday

The pay is horrible and not at all good they don't pay correct salary and will say that they will compensate and then credit and again cut the salary the night shift allowance is just 60rs per day for full complete night shift and won't get good incentives not at all suitable for freshers. I would not recommend this organisation for freshers as the pay is low and may affect theri future payscale Also the hike is very low for both freshers and experienced.

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

All employee-friendly policies have been rescinded. The annual salary increase cycle has been revised, and employees were informed three months into the current cycle.
