Dislikes

Not reliable, can fire anytime, no bench system for seniors 6 band onwards, if no work just leave. Even for other employees no proper bench pool etc so person can find next opporutnity anywhere in the Coforge, you have to rely on your local HR. Don't Join ..

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

... reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

...ystem, so even top performers don’t see much financial reward for their efforts. The annual salary hike is too low and doesn’t reflect the hard work or increased responsibilities taken on during the year.

Salary at time. Work from home based on project.

Dislikes

Project based hiring in once project finished you will be fired. 1. Not much project on mobile development. 2. Lot of false commitment from management regarding appraisal or career development. 3. HR or management is not approachable or helpful 4. They never do appraisal on time 5. Lot of politics from top management.
