...riven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed. Being customer focused is q crap, because one cnnot be employee focussed has the empathy vein missing. Anyways the leaders here are thinking short term, work on higher roles and higher salaries and exit after 2 years. All good leaders here leave. There have been 4-5 Chief delivery officers in the recent past from what I have been told. Though data needs to be validated

Nothing , only the pay structure they showed it was good .

Dislikes

Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

Not reliable, can fire anytime, no bench system for seniors 6 band onwards, if no work just leave. Even for other employees no proper bench pool etc so person can find next opporutnity anywhere in the Coforge, you have to rely on your local HR. Don't Join ..

More Tax Saving options should be added in Salary Structure. TAQ team not much aware of Organisational Hierarchy Structure. Default Health insurance limit is less and top-up is expensive.
