Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.

As in every service based IT, variable pay and appraisal hike, can’t expect it to make a difference in your income. If you’re not speaking Hindi, chances are there it will be notified to you.

...t company culture, idiotic management. No respect for any colleagues. No growth. Loads and loads of works which pays nothing but salary only. No appreciation, which is reserved only for favorites.

Very good company learnt a lot hare. Work life balance is great. And they provide many benefits i would love to join again

They provide experience based salary it would be great if they provide hike on knowledge too as they it self have great platform to learn more so employees will be spent a long realation.

Some specific teams and clients are great. If you are good at Pega, Appian or Outsystems then you will get work here

No training and development. Poor compensation. Even people with Grade A are getting appraisal less than the current inflation mark.

...r you for sometime. Notice period will be changed without even letting you know. Salary will be on hold for all the months if you are in notice period. I was interviewed for L2 and L3 role but they gave me only L1 role. They were using automation tool as a manual one. Worst Experience i have ever had in my career.
