Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. All employee-friendly policies have been rescinded. The annual salary increase cycle has been revised, and employees were informed three months into the current cycle. There will be no retroactive pay for the months of April, May, and June. It is also uncertain whether the majority of employees will receive a salary increase.

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

... reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

Salary on time, Every last working day of month you will receive your salary. As I have joined retainer don't have touch with company all the time spend in Client site.

After working more then 4 yrs in this company as Retainer after client contract ended, Coforge not taken me onroll which let me to search job again.

Ready to take skilled employees for any cost, so you get in with a very good pay. Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.

As in every service based IT, variable pay and appraisal hike, can’t expect it to make a difference in your income. If you’re not speaking Hindi, chances are there it will be notified to you.
