Project based hiring in once project finished you will be fired. 1. Not much project on mobile development. 2. Lot of false commitment from management regarding appraisal or career development. 3. HR or management is not approachable or helpful 4. They never do appraisal on time 5. Lot of politics from top management.

Micro management Expect to work 12-14 hrs a day from management No appreciation from management Management function like a government system, very slow and no co ordination between the team

Absolutely nothing. The only 'good' thing about Coforge is that they probably will give you a good package while joining, but that is because either nobody joins their company or whoever joins, plans on leaving it soon enough.

Dislikes

Poor management skills, especially in SEI project. Beware! If they mention SEI as your project, don't join the company. Absolutely no respect for Bangalore employees. All the events happen in Noida/Gurgaon. You have to beg for team lunches or team dinners, for a measly 500 Rs reimbursement. Forget about team outings. Extremely poor organisation, it won't stay for long.

Good package compared to other companies

No job security. Just like a resource supplying company to their clients. Management people will not be able to understand what kind of work their resources are getting assigned. Irrespective of their skills and background, they will ask you to work on any technology. And they will escalate if we can not learn and super perform within very short period in the assigned technology. Don't expect anything like culture or anything like other MNCs.

Only thing is that you will get good salary if you are hired with high package.

Dislikes

They never care for their employee. They only listen to the clients and remove you from project with just a simple signal from clients without asking anything. No job security. Managers don't behave well with employee.
