I like the environment within the office. Salary is as per market demand. Skill development is provided however no time to spent on it

Job security No work life balance Promotion Appraisal Hybrid work model because office premises is very far in outer not safe either.

...riven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed. Being customer focused is q crap, because one cnnot be employee focussed has the empathy vein missing. Anyways the leaders here are thinking short term, work on higher roles and higher salaries and exit after 2 years. All good leaders here leave. There have been 4-5 Chief delivery officers in the recent past from what I have been told. Though data needs to be validated

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

... reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

Luckily the project team for which I am working is the best so far. Nice big and green campus with good infra and facilities. Good compensation for deserving candidates. Onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Not much options to save tax in salary. HR admin team is not so approachable. Lesser team building activities. Headphones and mouse unavailability for remote work.

No Indian Holidays. Shifts , oncall/ OT ,Weekend Interview allowances will never be paid on time Or will be partial always. All Manual and 20 years old ways of working and not ready to adopt new and efficient ways of working. Chaotic environment . All HR activities are performed for the sake of showing that they have done. No use.
