When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.

Salary get's credited on time

You'll have to complete targets even though company itself has low volumes, if you are not completing targets, your salary gets deducted and you'll have to work on weekends. This happens on regular basis. You'll be forced to work extra even though you are working in graveyard shifts.

No job security no appraisals no employee engagement. Salary below average consider penny. No much pf contribute. HR policies worst. They make use of you and throw once the appraisal are comming near. To save money

... Work is taken care of here. Company is disciplined as per rules and conditions. Salary is done on time. work from home is also very disciplined. in also very disciplined. in a way the Company felt good to me.

Company itself don't have the volume and team leaders are asking us to take leave... Is that our mistake? We are working for money and everytime u people say to take leave how we can grow up in this company .. everytime the process is changed, bcoz of that we are not able to do the production properly and we are unable to get the incentives...
