Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They organise various events time to time, that's the only thing they do for employees but they have far many downside.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Salary discrepancy almost every month, You are not sure how much tax will be deducted and when you ask them they will tell you it will be corrected next month, Appraisal process is terrible, VC payout is never on time, HR won't reply most of the time and you won't know whom to contact.

Never go to Coforge Dpa in Hyderabad and never choose Appian Technology. They will kick you after few months only. You will not get any help any guidance and when you will ask for your feedbacks they won’t reply and easily kicking you out from the company
