Working as a Business Development Executive at CoEdify Technology has been a rewarding experience. The Management is supportive and the work culture is conducive to growth.

There is nothing to like just a terrible work environment and atmosphere. Management will pressure you to learn the thing in couple of days.

Dislikes

Strictly work from Office no flexibility to work from home. Very time bound Stay in office at least 10 to 12 hrs . In interview they will make you believe that you don't know anything. And in the name of training they will pressurize you to learn the thing small time. 2 Years mandatory bond and in mean time they will be treating you as a labour for their company . If you are assigned to some project even then they will ask to come to office on Weekends to do their work. Their head is a butcher in the name of training they will demotivate you , humiliates you.

One thing is sure that you will learn a hell lot about tech. It's great to increase the learning curve. Since It's a startup, so better make a mind to work seriously.

Can say that, there is some sort of overload of work, but it's completely fine since it's a startup.
