Company culture is deeply rooted to male dominant, while there is job security to have in its some department with low pay scale. Management does not seems to be thinking or working for employee work life balance. They only make employees work to get money for themselves and also not to spend same in new process.

Company culture and structure is hard to work on. Management mainly focus on betterment of the monetary strength of themselves. They don't distribute the same among the employees.
