There is no proper guidance from the employer/management, 12 hours of work in a day and upon that no appreciation. They want the employee to be available 24 hours * 7 days. They can assign random classes anytime and move from one location to another time with no proper reason.

...nly continue with those people who are ready to please managers, top management. Their is no ethics but you will receive good compensation here if you like this sort of work environment.

I am really enjoying working at Coding Blocks. I gained valuable hands-on-experience in social media management across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn. More, I learned about content creation and marketing analytics.

The culture is good in the company. There are various opportunities in the company always there is a requirement for people to work. There are quick decisions. Team is good, planning for any festival is also good.

Dislikes

The appraisal is not up to the mark. The work is not evenly distributed to the team. The company more driven is politics.
