Learnings are the major factor at Codiant,nothing else i consider be good as a senior developer

Miromanaged,no event and activities,no welcome gestures to new people,extra working hours,no compensation for late hours, politics,senior junior gap, project handling gets fault that eventually had to be a burden on developer,ETC

...es are very supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Some more perks and benefits could be added like health insurance and Ocassional team lunch or outing.

Initially overall experience is good. Supportive team members & work culture is average.

Internal Team Politics,Team Leader also quite inclined to others view ,no self decision making & specially buttering members are getting so much attention & respect. HR management is poor & their policy too.... Biased nature of TL as well as HR management.

Office politics, changes the policies whenever they want for their convenience, sir/ma’am culture exists, poor management, no work life balance at all, managers keep personal grudges with their teammates. Never join this organisation if you have any other option available. Worst work environment.
