Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1. Long working hour (12 to 14 hour daily) 2. No personal life 3. Required to work on holiday without any extra pay 4. No extra bonuses 5. Difficult to get approval for holidays. 6. Promises made are rarely fulfilled. 7. Appraisals are often delay 8. Despite hard work,feedback consistently state that performance is not satisfactory. 9. Nothing is there to like worst company that i have joined

Dislikes

Ceo forces employes to work 24*7. Employees are force to pay for there laptop. Other team members are instructed to constantly ping developers. demanding frequent updated Salaries always delayed and payed after 20th of every month
