HR needs Training and the Company should stick to commitment.

...d an extremely unprofessional experience with the HR department of this company. After being offered a job and negotiating the salary, I was told I would receive the offer letter the next day. However, I received no communication from them. When I followed up, the HR disconnected my calls multiple times. After a few attempts, she finally picked up but acted like she didn’t know who I was. When I asked about the offer letter, she vaguely told me that I was on hold and would hear back in a week. It has been weeks now with no response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
