Nothing is good here . one of worst company

Dislikes

Former employees have experienced non-payment of their final salary and dues after resignation. The work culture is harsh, and employees often feel slave. The leave policies are highly restrictive. Casual leaves require multiple days of notice, there are no sick leave provisions, and there is a strict 30-minute lunch break with no additional tea breaks. It does not matter whether you joined as experienced or new, the policy is same for all, you have to work for more than 15 months to resign, if you leave the organization before 15 months then you will not get experience or certificate etc. If you want to take leave, you have to apply 4 days in advance, no sick leave , if you take a leave on around 7nth date on month he stop or delay your salary.

Management team and HR is very supportive. Learning new skills and being encourage to face difficult situation I see potential of growth in this company, I have being part of this company since 2022 and I am a changed person now, which I am proud of.
