Very nice work enviornment, I got a lof of help and advice form seniors that will help me throughout my career. Work cultre very good. Fleixble work hours.Amitabh Roy sir is really good person and is always beside the employees. Everyone is really helpfull and has good technical knowledge.

No specific dislikes at all but management is a bit less. But, if you compare it with other software companies in kolkata, CodelogicX has surely has made their heads higher than others.

Friendly environment to work.

Dislikes

Developers and managers are too casual! The company prefer quantity over quality. From Top(Owner/CEO) to bottom(Old engineers) focus on speed of work but not quality. There is immediate requirement of a good manager from a good B school. Please remove hubstuff! It cannot measure creative mental activity! We are engineers, not data entry work force that you need to track key press and look into our screen day-night

Very good work culture. Friendly senior management, easily approachable. Very supportive & well experienced teammates. Mangers are friendly & extremely supportive. Flexibility in work timings. Moreover there is a very good work life balance.
