1. No job security. 2. Hire & fire Policy. 3. No increment, taking multiple round of interview at the time of increment. 4. Create mental pressure on employee to leave the company. 5. Management is very bad from last 2 year. 6. Since last 2 year fire many employee without any proper reason.

...ear 2018 and since then there has been a lot of positive changes in the company. I was offered good salary when I joined this company and also got good opportunity to learn a lot from my seniors. They also offer medical insurance to each employee. I get to wok on different client projects from across the globe which helps me learn new things.

Coming to the leave policy if Saturdays are off days for all then it would be good.

daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.
