There are few things that they need to improve. -> Should not change the WFH/Leave/System/Holiday and other policy frequently. -> HRBP members should provide proper response to their employee's queries.

Good place to work at. Salary is on time. Good friendly team mates. Company took proactive measures like safe working environment and processes. I am working from home and they ensure all the needs required reach properly.

employee engagement events and activities, salary on time, employee benefits etc..

Dislikes

daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.
