During covid when many company terminated thier employees, this organization hired many. I want to thanks them for being there with their employers during many tough situations.

My work experience is very good with CodeClouds, the best parts are: 1 - Working Environment 2 - Open Door Policy 3- No Micro Management

...ey need to review a few things. 1- Do not change any policy in the mid-sessions. 2- They need to review the overall salary structure per the current financial situation.

Work culture Buttering upper management Always a threat of getting terminated even if anyone does good work HR s are not helpful, they will not provide document timely even after u leave the organization

1. No job security. 2. Hire & fire Policy. 3. No increment, taking multiple round of interview at the time of increment. 4. Create mental pressure on employee to leave the company. 5. Management is very bad from last 2 year. 6. Since last 2 year fire many employee without any proper reason.
