They will hire you and will ask you to work 24/7. Deduct salary for no reason. If you will resign either they will make you work without salary for 3 months or they will legal threat and try to scare you. Their pet line is company can take legal action against you.

The best thing is that you will get your salary on time. The company is always open to innovation. The other best thing is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
