They offer great packages to lure people in and then give illogical reasons and start deducting 50% salary and say that it will be credited only once kpi's are met and Kpi especially for the sales and marketing teams which no where possible to achieve They fool their prospects by showing copied code from the internet to close deals.

Defined Job role at Code Brew Labs is never fixed. They will keep switching your role across different domains. They ask you to sign an agreement of 8 months on your joining day. No defined incentive structure.

They will hire you and will ask you to work 24/7. Deduct salary for no reason. If you will resign either they will make you work without salary for 3 months or they will legal threat and try to scare you. Their pet line is company can take legal action against you.
