fairly paid to the employee and the salary are paid on same day and there is no restrictions on bonus and incentives

The holidays are fixed and when you require extra leaves you need to inform this to HR

Only the view from the office balcony is nice.. literally nothing apart from that!

...hout warnings without a legitimate reason the job security is absolutely zero. They offer great packages to lure people in and then give illogical reasons and start deducting 50% salary and say that it will be credited only once kpi's are met and Kpi especially for the sales and marketing teams which no where possible to achieve They fool their prospects by showing copied code from the internet to close deals.

There are many things let's count it one by one 1. Will hold your salary any time without any reason 2.No job security 3.Company do fake promises and fail to complete that promises 4. Force you to sign multiple bonds,forms,cheques 5. If an employee denies to sign the cheque or form than the company make his/her salary on hold 6. Make you work maybe 7 days a week 7. There is a morning timming that is 10 o'clock but there is no out time they force to sit people till 11-12 Pm 8. Clients are like money machine for them Take money from them as showing some part of the code and output then they don't deliver the project 9. No appraisals without bond 10. No compensation or extra leave for sat/sun work 11. Work culture is totally toxic 12. Will take new policy every month if you are not agree with the police than company owner/Hr/managers will threatened you to they will take you cour and hold your salary 13. Please don't destroy your career to come this kind of fake image showing company

Defined Job role at Code Brew Labs is never fixed. They will keep switching your role across different domains. They ask you to sign an agreement of 8 months on your joining day. No defined incentive structure.
