Coworkers are great. They are creative, collaborative and friendly.

Poor management. Lack of work-life balance. Things get escalated too much without any proper reason. Decision makers are not understanding. Boss is egoistic and take decisions based on their state of mind without thinking what is actually right.

The employees are the best part of this company, they are the one's that make office tolerable (except some who love to play politics and lic* people's a** to get good position and promotion and will make it worse for you)

(An honest review from a person who has worked here for over a year. Kindly do not believe the other good reviews they are either paid or planned by the director itself 😂) Cocoma has No work life balance. They work even on Sundays and holidays. The owner Mr Anil Doesn't value employees at all fires old employees only to hire new one's who love to butter him. Will assign higher level positions to people with no brain and knowledge only based on the skills of licking his a**. Very Toxic management and work culture is worst . They expect employees to be available and working 24*7 like robots and the managers are useless no knowledge no humbleness will make biggest issues out of the most small and minor things. No proper management, no one knows what's happening in the company too much communication gap and mis management. The teams are not aligned, the management has no clue what's happening in the company. Clients are always changing things on the last moment. Big clients, poor values. The owner is a bit crazy and moody always gives work on weekends, micro manages the employees and wants to mentally harass the employees. And will remove you from the company immediately if you say anything against him or argue with him because he's a egoistic person. They don't think before firing employees will just tell you don't come from tom. The company may give you alot of growth and exposure in your career as it has big well known clients , but if you join here be ready to sacrifice your personal life and mental peace. Personally wouldn't recommend anyone to join this organisation. Too much toxicity and politics. Favouritism and politics at it's peak!!! Worst company to ever work with. If you want problems and a chaotic life, please join this organisation and if you want a peaceful life stay away from Cocoma Digital, don't even work or partner with them through clients or other agencies. They will literally harass you to the level that you yourself resign. Toxic management and employees. Won't recommend to anyone.

Worst level of higher management Mental harassment Literally out casted me from the team even though I was a senior I was working as a Hr but no respect, intern who was working under me had more respect than me , never join this company if you want work life balance because no pay for over time , favouritism works here , no proper policy. If you out smart the upper management or question them they will force you to give resignation by behaving rudely & out casting you.
