Company with one of the worst cultures, no work life balance they expect you to be available for work 24*7 like a robot. The owner Mr Anil doesn't care about employees will fire them in a day if someone says anything against him very egoistic and selfish person. Will forget your past contributions and can fire u from the company immediately if u argue with him or say anything against him. Can't tolerate employees who take a stand for them and their colleagues will make u work on weekends and give u unrealistic deadlines and projects. Can make your life hell as it has the worst environment and zero work life balance. They literally glorify overworking and overtime. Do not care about employees at all and can make your life hell they don't have job roles defined, can put u to other departments that doesn't even align with your role
