1) Too much politics 2) Only saying connect with people by not happening now days 3) Change in management in India will definitely down size or lose this 140 year business 4) Poor HR management 5) Not a people oriented 6) Not dealing things properly trying to keep up the document properly but not the people. 7) Having said we look for ethics and compliance blindly taking decisions

Very bad work culture, full stress, nobody for help, it is not a MNC it's a LALA Company.....keep away

Very bad salary structure, no incriment, no Promotion, day by day extra job increased, need to handle 4 department at a time......I become mentaly sick....

Work life balance very bad Salary very low Work overtime but no salary min 12 hours working but company says 8 hours Onroll having more benefits but management staff is very lower. No respect for experience

During Lock down, we had 20% salary cut, Apart from this we didn't had any issue. The company is open to innovation and good atmosphere both in work place, especially colony life, we wornt get in any other company like this, we had Gym, indoor shuttle court, tennis court, swing pool and had kids park, natural climate, person who loves nature its a great gift.

Too many politics. since its 120 year old company, it cant be avoidable. freedom to operate.

Work timings are good and will receive the salary on time.

Dislikes

A lot of discrimination will be there from the manager and their team. Employees are unable to use their leaves from time to time as they don't have enough employees, and they will not accept any advice from an employee. Instead of supporting, they will criticize the employees.
