Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like about Co-offiz as it is not company it is Rashan shop. Owner of the company is very bad and she don't know how to talk to their employees. If you get job at Co-offiz my suggestion is that please don't join.

Dislikes

Each and every thing at Co-offiz is to dislike. No work life balance is their. Owner will be sleeping for whole year and wake up one day and make their employees sit for whole night and says very harsh word and she always says to every employee that you are not performing well and I will deduct your salary from next month, but their is nothing to work. As I said earlier it is Rashan shop not office.

Some of the colleagues are good.

Dislikes

No professionalism. They never attend their employees with respect and never take care of their basic needs. Some senior managers and officers lack basic manners and etiquettes.
