Nothing to like about Co-offiz as it is not company it is Rashan shop. Owner of the company is very bad and she don't know how to talk to their employees. If you get job at Co-offiz my suggestion is that please don't join.

Each and every thing at Co-offiz is to dislike. No work life balance is their. Owner will be sleeping for whole year and wake up one day and make their employees sit for whole night and says very harsh word and she always says to every employee that you are not performing well and I will deduct your salary from next month, but theiris nothing to work. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
