Nothing to like about Co-offiz as it is not company it is Rashan shop. Owner of the company is very bad and she don't know how to talk to their employees. If you get job at Co-offiz my suggestion is that please don't join.

Each and every thing at Co-offiz is to dislike. No work life balance is their. Owner will be sleeping for whole year and wake up one day and make their employees sit for whole night and says very harsh word and she always says to every employee that you are not performing well and I will deduct your salary from next month, but theiris nothing to work. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
