jobs will secure, Repeated work and every 3 months once need to work in weekends without compensation, until 2021 the management was good but recently it got changed and it is worst with bad decisions, company policies are just normal only and all team leaders showing partiality (you may face harassment if you're not tamilian). Specially with current DevOps TL.

I was extremely lucky to be associated with CNSI. It is an organization that greatly values its people.
