Salary is decent but not as per the market standards. There is a bond of 2 years for fresher's before which you cannot resign andl also a 3 month long notice period

Take Home Salary is Good , Job Security , You have Learning Opportunities , Flexible timings.

Dislikes

Old technology , People with good technical skills paid less compared to people who blindly supports their managers (More Politics...).

jobs will secure, Repeated work and every 3 months once need to work in weekends without compensation, until 2021 the management was good but recently it got changed and it is worst with bad decisions, company policies are just normal only and all team leaders showing partiality (you may face harassment if you're not tamilian). Specially with current DevOps TL.

...the freedom that the management gives to explore various facets of the projects. Excellent compensation and rewards for those who perform well.

More learning opportunities suited to employee needs, which they are working on currently. Nothing otherwise :)

I was extremely lucky to be associated with CNSI. It is an organization that greatly values its people. I had to step out purely from a career advancement perspective, but I can vouch for its amazing work culture, work-life balance, friendly managers, transparency, approachable upper management, good HR policies and benefits and of course, good compensation.

If there are more projects to widen your learning horizon, it would be immensely helpful
