A good ambience to develop the skills

Salary is decent but not as per the market standards. There is a bond of 2 years for fresher's before which you cannot resign andl also a 3 month long notice period

jobs will secure, Repeated work and every 3 months once need to work in weekends without compensation, until 2021 the management was good but recently it got changed and it is worst with bad decisions, company policies are just normal only and all team leaders showing partiality (you may face harassment if you're not tamilian). Specially with current DevOps TL.

I was extremely lucky to be associated with CNSI. It is an organization that greatly values its people. My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?
