Salary is decent but not as per the market standards. There is a bond of 2 years for fresher's before which you cannot resign andl also a 3 month long notice period

jobs will secure, Repeated work and every 3 months once need to work in weekends without compensation, until 2021 the management was good but recently it got changed and it is worst with bad decisions, company policies are just normal only and all team leaders showing partiality (you may face harassment if you're not tamilian). Specially with current DevOps TL.

I was extremely lucky to be associated with CNSI. It is an organization that greatly values its people. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
