Salary hikes. Reporting manager, particularly the last one I worked with. I have spent 4 years here, and I have recieved salary hike, which is less than other companies. Hence I switched from CMS last year.

very worst company .I'm working 2+ years but no increment ,delayed salary in every month. I left the CMS IT 10 months before but still i didn't received my notice period salary.

Very few things to like about the organization. Some of the management person are supportive only till certain level

...oncern mails. Superiors/Management persons will not answer to your phone call. Most of the time salary is not on time. Salary hike depends on your client suggestions and not on your performance. No training provided, if provided, then tutor is having very average knowledge on the topic. Dont have facility to change the project, hence no career growth. Notice period is of 60 days and not negotiatable, even if your new organization is ready to pay buy back amount. Full n final takes long time for settlement. And lot more... Hence overall experience as an employee is not so good.

Salary was too late. Have to wait for 25 days or month for salary. Management was also not that much helpful. They dont allow to take leaves which is available in our portal only. All Saturdays are working even if client is not working. No limits support like things are there in festivals. Even its been 5 months of my last working day i haven't got my full and final amount
