There is no fix time for salary though it is 7th of Every month but it doesn't happen. Also there is standard FnF process follows employee get their fnf after 8-10 months post their resignation.

Salary are not on time , there's is no hike in the Salarys , slow response from the hr , there will be no hive in the Salary if you give your performance also.

CMS IT Services is only good for those who have just began their career. I strongly feel that CMS needs to work on Salary Structure as per current demand. Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.

I started my career here and had stayed for very long period got to learn many technologies, thanks to my managers.

Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. The engineers at sites are not competitive. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.
