There wasn't a single aspect of the Job that I enjoyed. The management was disorganized and unresponsive.

He continuously pushed us to relocate to Gurgaon or Haryana, completely ignoring the fact that many of us were from Delhi and couldn't afford the hefty travel expenses with our meager 12,000 Rs per month salary. To make matters worse, they made commitments to increase my salary in line with the minimum wage in Delhi after a year of service. However, when the time for the increment came, they transferred me to Haryana instead. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a betrayal after dedicating a year of my life to the company. As a result, I decided to leave the company. Even though I worked diligently and was even recognized with the "Employee of the Month" award, I still haven't received my experience letter or relieving letter to this day. It's evident that the company's lack of respect for its employees goes beyond just Amit Singh's behavior. The overall experience at CMSIT Services was a complete letdown, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.

I was work in CMS IT services 9 month I learn lots of but there is job security issue because company contract over from client site they ask me to resign due to we don't have any other projects to shift you then I left my job
