...they provide hike 2% hike They reduce Rs 1500 from HRA and add Rs 1200 in Basic. My in hand salary remain same. Worst fake company recommend all don't join.

We are facing a serious issue regarding our compensation and communication. We have not received our salaries on time, and we have not received any satisfactory explanation from the management. This is affecting our morale and productivity,

There is no leave imidiatate you will get they say on check with client but client only 5 resources so we cannot provide the leave,it's difficult maintain family and work balance.

There is no salary growth, there we are on roll employee also no benefit.

Managers are not friendly and also not responding to our queries salary won't credit on time, even after resignation salary is pending for months and still no response from the HR team or the Exit team. Very worst experience ever i had.

Delay in allowances, had to ask the manager for each allowance Only 1 week off Can't take more than 7 comps offs in a year, they'll deduct the amount from the salary if any leaves taken more than 7 Work pressure is too high and understaffed (only staffed 60% of the recommended SD team) Low technical & financial growth
