CMS is one of the best company for freshers. If we talk about salary a good thing is salary does not get delay by any reason.

...out employees. Salaries are to low as compered to other companies in the market. if we talk about professional growth and salary increment or appraisals its so poor.

Hloo Dear sir/maim, CMS was my 3rd Job in शिमला city. My working place was in बैंक. So I was happy. Holidays, duty time was perfect as I thought. There were no pressure of work. Feel free to work.

Dislikes

They are not increasing my monthly salary and T. A. D. A. Bill were not paying time to time. Even salary were very low to servive a life in city. There were no future plans as a good job.

Nothing, I didn't get any benefits from CMS, when I was working with them, Salary wasn't good they increase 5-3% which depends on Management stuff. Politics is going on head office and work location.
