From work culture to appraisals. Only the manager’s favourite get good appraisals and work from home. Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. In cms company I'm working from 3 years and they treat me like a waste thing no medical policy given to employee

No Like for this worst company, only harassment of employees, only strict rules for timings. They are doing business by contract HR will contact you for interview in CMS Info Systems, but your joining will be in Dominant Systems and salary structure is very poor.

Dislikes

No increment, no benefit, no allowance for extra duty hours, no proper Managment, no HR team to hear your concerns, only, poor growth in company. No revision in salary even after 4 years. You can't share your views with anyone because you will be rotate by CMS and Dominant.
